AD Ceuta FC striker Jordi Escobar stated that his team feels no fear facing RCD Mallorca, whom they visit this Sunday in the third matchday of the Segunda División. The Catalan player analyzed the upcoming fixture in the pre-match press conference.

Jordi Escobar, the only available striker for AD Ceuta FC, acknowledged the quality of the vermilion side. "It's a team with very good players," said the player, who also noted Mallorca's status as a recently relegated team and what that entails sportingly and economically.
However, the attacker, who joined this summer after playing the latter part of last season at Huesca, was clear about his team's attitude. "We are not intimidated by any rival, and we are a brave team in any scenario," Escobar stated. The footballer anticipated a difficult match, as the hosts are also coming off a 2-0 loss to Granada and will look to react in front of their fans.
The Balearic side started the season with a solid 2-0 win over Valladolid at Son Moix, but could not maintain momentum in their visit to Granada, where they lost by the same scoreline. This result leaves them with a recent form of win-loss (LW), needing to stabilize their position in the upper part of the standings.

"It's a situation nobody wants to experience when joining a club," expressed the footballer, who added that he feels the problem as his own despite not being from the city.
